Buy plots. Run shops. Outsmart your rivals. Lotwick Hill is a business tycoon set in a living town. Choose from 72 shop types, set prices and keep your shelves stocked. Customers have different budgets and tastes, and those tastes change as the years pass. Bid for plots when leases expire, react to your rivals, and zoom down to street level to watch customers queue outside your shops. Play single-player against AI, or compete online with up to four players and up to six competitors in total with AI.
