Resolved a bug that made it so the Fog Entity anomaly and Chasing Oni anomaly weren't triggered correctly. Also addressed the recent Unity vulnerability.

A small hotfix to address the inability to unlock Steam Achievements. These should now correctly get unlocked when performed. You might have to redo some of them to trigger the achievement.
