Chips Can Hotfix

Hey, just a quick hotfix to address an issue where sometimes too many of 1 type of canned chips would spawn, and not enough of another. If you had this issue you should now have the correct amount of each, though potentially some of the chips will have had to be respawned off the shelf. Thanks!
