Lobbies v1.5 · Changelog · Made by a gamer for gamers

Released August 9, 2026 · Vilegacy
Catch Flex is a full-body dance rhythm game played in front of a single camera, with no VR headset, no gamepad and no wearables. The camera sees your whole body, your moves are the input, and even the menus are gesture-controlled. Tracking runs locally on the device, or on a phone running the free Catch Flex: Controller app, which sends only movement data over the local network and never uploads video. Six kinds of move make up a chart. Slash blocks in the direction of the arrow, catch rings with a hand or a foot, kick the balls or knock them back, stomp floor markers on the beat, ride slide trails to the end, and dodge obstacles by ducking, leaning or stepping over. Vol. 1 holds ten hand-charted original tracks from 96 to 150 BPM, house, electro and techno, all charted within reach of a real body with no jumping needed. An optional no-fail mode lets you move through a whole song without chasing a score. Beyond the solo run there is local split-screen Versus for two players, global leaderboards and ten achievements. Custom levels are made in Catch Flex Editor, a free browser editor, and loaded into the game over Wi-Fi. The game also reads charts saved in other common level formats.

The Catch Flex Lobby
Jump, and everybody else's charts
Jumping is real now, and it is on by defaultFloor obstacles are something you jump over, not just something you edge around, and two stomps on one beat land on both feet instead of splitting into rings. The detector was rebuilt from the ground up. It reads the push off the floor, checks the physics…
1.1 is live: ranks reworked, audio offset added, tutorial fixed on Steam Deck
Play SSS is in. A new top rank sits above SS, and every line under it moved down, so runs that used to flatten out at S finally show what they were worth. Nothing you already earned moves backwards: every saved result keeps its letter or gets a better one, and the same run scores more than it used…
Catch Flex is out now — your body is the controller
Catch Flex is out! It's a rhythm game where your whole body is the controller: an ordinary camera reads your arms and legs. No VR headset, no gamepad, no wearables. After a long development run the game skips Early Access and launches with every planned feature in: Vol. 1: ten hand-charted tracks —…
