*FINALLY* actually fixed the blank text bug
- Fixed an issue with some combinations of system languages and system region formatting that would break text in game. If you had blank text on the PC in game, this should finally be fixed. Another Localization Hotfix
- Added a safeguard that forces translated text to update if it initially fails to. *Hopefully* this finally fixes this rare but annoying issue. Let me know if you still get blank text!

Changes: - Fixed illegible text in certain languages. (let me know if you find any other weird ones!) - Modified how the translation table gets loaded, hopefully fixing a rare issue where some players would see blank text.
